Licence Condition
Prior to 29 April 2022 the licensee must submit a report to the EPA detailing the findings from MEDLI modelling undertaken post the effluent management works implemented in response to PRP's U1, U2 and U3. The MEDLI modelling report must recommend actions and implementation timelines if the effluent irrigation systems performance is determined to be deficient in delivering sustainable hydraulic, salt and nutrient management performance in compliance with condition O4.5 of the licence.
